Delete Your Account

Effective September 23, 2026

You can delete your RV2U account here, or in the app under Account → Delete My Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we cannot undo it.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your RV make, model, licence plate and any photo of it
• Photos, addresses and review comments attached to past service requests
• Your support messages
• Your notification registrations, so no further notifications are sent
• Your sign-in — the account cannot be logged into again

What we keep, and why

• Anonymous service records. The date, service area, services performed and amount of past jobs stay in our books for tax and accounting. They are no longer linked to your name, email or phone number.
• Payment receipts. Our payment processor, Stripe, keeps invoice records as required by law. We do not control that retention period.

Your membership

If you have an active membership, deleting your account cancels it immediately so you are never billed again. Refunds for unused days are not automatic — email support@rv2uapp.com and we will sort it out.

Delete your account

Sign in with the account you want to delete.

Forgotten your password? Reset it in the app first, or email support@rv2uapp.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Prefer to email?

Write to support@rv2uapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually within two business days.
