1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RV2U Inc. By accessing or using our mobile applications, website, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Scope of Services
RV2U Inc. provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent contractors who perform RV fresh water refills and black/grey tank dumping. RV2U itself does not perform the services; it coordinates them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Memberships and Recurring Billing
Automatic renewal. RV2U memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel. You will be charged at the start of each billing period using the payment method on file.
How to cancel. Cancel any time in the app under Account → My Subscriptions → Cancel, or email support@rv2uapp.com. There is no cancellation fee for a membership.
What happens when you cancel. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
4.1 Pricing
Membership pricing varies by service area and is shown before you complete a purchase. We may change pricing on renewal; we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
4.2 What a membership includes
A membership covers the services listed for your service area, up to any monthly limits shown on the services screen at the time of ordering. Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Services beyond an included limit, or outside your covered area, may be charged separately.
4.3 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to charge again. If payment cannot be collected, your membership may be suspended and service requests declined until the balance is settled. You remain responsible for amounts properly owed.
4.4 Free trials and promotions
Where a free trial or promotional rate is offered, the terms will be disclosed at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the membership converts to a paid subscription at the standard rate automatically.
5. One-Off Services, Cancellations and Refunds
- Before a contractor is assigned: you may cancel a service request at no charge.
- After a contractor is assigned: a $15 cancellation fee applies, to compensate the contractor for travel already undertaken.
- After a service is completed: no refunds are issued.
If a service was not performed as described, contact support@rv2uapp.com within 48 hours and we will investigate. Where a service was not delivered at all, we will refund it in full.
6. Your Responsibilities
To let a technician work safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate location information for your RV
- Ensure your RV is accessible to a service vehicle at the scheduled time
- Ensure your tanks, valves and connections are in safe, serviceable condition
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the services you need
- Be reachable by phone during the service window
We may decline or discontinue service where a site or vehicle is unsafe, inaccessible, or misrepresented. A cancellation fee may apply where a technician has already travelled to you.
7. Independent Contractor Status
Service providers and their technicians are independent contractors, not employees or agents of RV2U Inc. RV2U Inc. is not liable for their acts or omissions. We do, however, want to know if something goes wrong — please report any issue to support.
8. Tips and Ratings
Tips are entirely voluntary and go in full to the technician who performed the service. Ratings and reviews you submit may be shown to the technician and to RV2U staff. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that identifies third parties without their consent.
9. Referral Codes and Promotions
Referral codes and promotional discounts are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, or combined unless we say otherwise. We may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time, and may withhold credit where we reasonably believe a code has been misused.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, interfering with their operation, submitting false requests, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RV2U Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RV2U Inc. and its officers, directors and employees from any claim arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where required by law. If we terminate your account without cause while you hold a paid membership, we will refund the unused portion of that billing period.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
